HOW WE WORK
Our work is agile and user-centered.
Every client is different. Every project is different. Consistency is the essence of our creative approach to generating user-centred solutions: we thrive on design thinking. At this stage, interdisciplinary teams observe the specific requirements of brand, target group and product from various perspectives. This is the basis on which we develop the best possible solution, step by step. To remain focused on the needs and expectations of users, we involve them in our in-house Usability Lab processes from start to finish.
Using workshops, interviews, observations and further research methods, we examine and get to know brand, client and user needs.
With the help of personas, client journeys and use cases, we develop a creative vision and basic concept together with the client.
At an early concept stage, we already come up with an interactive prototype. This is ideal for explaining a solution and visualising new ideas.
We integrate users from the relevant target group into the project as early as possible. In the Usability Lab, we test prototypes with them to investigate user needs, motivations and expectations.
Using quantitative and qualitative methods, we measure the success of our digital solutions and continuously develop them – until we have the perfect product from the user’s perspective.
